Rules:

Each race entry is assigned a number. Each number is assigned to and marked upon a plastic duck
All duck participants are confirmed numbered correctly before being dropped into a container.
The container is shaken then fully emptied at the chosen race start line

Confirmation of participation will be sent to snail mail contestants through Ocotber 16.
Any entry received via snail mail after October 16 will be returned to the sender.
Debbullan Inc. is not responsible for mail not received.

 

Emailed / PayPal entries accepted until October 17, 9 a.m. CENTRAL TIME
Confirmation of Reciept will be returned via Email immediately upon reciept.
PayPal Participation recieved after 9 am will be reversed to the sender

 

Rubber Ducks can be purchased at the Race until Race Time: 1:00 PM.

 

Winners are encouraged to supply a statement and allow their image to be displayed on Debbullan’s website.

 

Ties in the Rubber Ducky Race will re-race in a “sudden-swim off" until a clear winner is seen. Officials of Debbullan Inc. will make the decision of the final winner. All Decisions are Final.

 

Rain Date: “Heavy Rain”

Winners are not required to attend. However spectators are encouraged.

Rain date: October 18.

 

Rain on October 18 will result in a newly announced date.

 

Contact Debbullan@cs.com by 9 am the day of the race to confirm if a rain delay is in effect.

 

Ineligible Participants:

Debbullan Inc. officers, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the race.

 

TAX DEDUCTIONS:

Participation in Debbullan’s Annual Rubber Ducky Race is not Tax Deductible.
However your donations are tax deductible barring the actual cost of the reward incentive offered.

The generosity of Anderson Entertainment, Roanoke Texas and of the participants of Everything is Possible 2007 have made The first option 100% tax deductible.

The cost of the second option is approximately $10.00. Tax deduction for a $25.00 donation will be $15.00.
A $100.00 donation will have a tax deductible value of $90.00 etcetera

GRAND PRIZE AWARD:
