Find your House Representative.
- If your House Representative is
not one of the 52 Co-Sponsors listed below your volunteer mission is to
ask your House Representative to co-sponsor this bill. A template email has been created for you (below) if
you wish to use it.
- Ask all the people you
correspond and speak with to volunteer to contact their representative as
well. Make a point to bring it up during lulls in your daily conversations.
- Please reply back to us with
your progress by Email. Most important are the responses you receive from your House Representative. We hope to share these responses here.
Help us track the progress of this lobby toward a difference for people affected with Hepatitis.
If your House
Representative is also a Member of the Committee for Energy and Commerce, the need for
the Representative to co-sponsor has become ever more urgent.

TEMPLATE EMAIL
Dear *
Please immediately join as
co-sponsor to H.R.3974. This bill does what no other legislature presented has
ever done; approach, prevent, treat and monitor the infection of Hepatitis B
and C in a responsible way.
If you are thinking
Hepatitis is not at crises levels within the two focus topics of 'national
expenditures' and 'health issues', you are under-informed. Reading the bill
will begin to educate you to what has been called "The Silent Killer"
by decades of medical professionals.
If there are issues I am
not aware of that bar you from co-sponsoring this bill. I eagerly await your response
in explanation.
Best regards,
