to send an update regarding Debbullan’s year in strives and strides toward
positive awareness of Hepatitis C.

House of Representatives bill
2552 (The Hepatitis C Epidemic Control
and Prevention Act)
“To amend the Public Health
Service Act to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish,
promote, and support a comprehensive prevention, research, and medical
management referral program for hepatitis C virus infection"

Ask were they aware of the bill? If so was
their position for or against the bill and why? It will take a while but you
will receive an answer. When you do let us know the answer by emailing Debbullan@cs.com. Title your email “HR2552

If you do not normally approach your government representitives consider this request a fun an exciting test! Will you recieve an answer? What will they say? Have fun with it while you help us learn. We need you because organizations with focus on
Hepatitis C are split in their support or rejection of H. R. 2552. Debbullan
Inc. has spent months researching the pros and cons of the bill. The 110th
Congress is about to adjourn most likely without having gone to vote on 2552.
This bill has been
introduced (In it’s exact same form) once before to the Senate and three times
before to the House of Representatives. There is no doubt it will be introduced
again. In the interim Debbullan Inc. hopes to search for the verbiage that will
come closest in its appeal to what HCV focused organizations envision as
perfect along with what Senator and House Representatives feel comfortable
presenting. Add to that perhaps most importantly what grass roots advertising is needed to
raise the voice of the public asking Congress to address the bill.
Debbullan Inc. is the only
organization trying to find the middle. The most common response we hear is
‘yes there is a lot wrong with it [HR2552] but it is the only support we have ever seen…we’ll
take what we can get’. The other side as adamant ‘This [HR2552] is unacceptable!’ but give little or no solutions
of what is needed to fix the points they find unacceptable.
We recognize points both for
and against H.R. 2552. We see the victims in the middle. Debbullan finds
that unacceptable.
Everything Is Possible 2007
Was a great success! In
truth EIP07 made history. This year positive awareness for Hep C
was designed to be a success before the actual event.
Active enthusiasm was gained from people in over 12
Countries and 16 US States resulting in an advertising audience of over 200
thousand people. This 200 thousand people did not include readers and listeners
of Newspapers and Radio stations in Spain and Belgium who reported the event
thanks to dedicated supporters in both Countries.
Everything Is Possible 2007 was
the first internationally supported event with focus on positive awareness of
Hepatitis C. Never before have people around the world (nor around the
United States) come together for one event that had this one focus: Positive
Awareness of Hepatitis C. Never.
Is under construction. Not
all pages are uniform. Not all pages are available. Internet Explorer offers
the most interactive view. Look forward to changes as time allows.
The following list will be
transferred to Debbullan.org along with a measure of how close the public is to
granting a wish. This is the official unveiling. If you can please help.
